2024 was a highly successful year for Eclipse, advising on a range of deals, including:
the sale of HealthHarmonie to Medinet (backed by Fremman Capital);
the management buy-out of Audiological Science backed by YFM Equity Partners;
the sale of Enable Therapy Services to Examworks (backed by CVC).
With a number of interesting transactions ongoing and a strong pipeline of future opportunities, we are pleased that the successes of our team have been recognised by being shortlisted for this prestigious award.
